Hermitage Hotel

   Opened it's doors on September 17, 1910. The Ads of the the day touted, "Fireproof, Noiseproof, and Dustproof for $2 and up"
    The Hotel was Nashville's first Million Dollar Hotel and was THE gathering place for Nashville's Socialites.

    The Hotel was also a symbol of Nashville's emergence as a Major Southern City, and a cornerstone of Social Activity into the 30's and 40's.

    The Hermitage has been awarded Mobil's Five Star Rating, and AAA's Five Diamond Rating. The only Hotel in Tennessee to achieve that distinction.
