Opened in 1977 with 600 rooms. The Hotel now has 3,000 rooms, 600,000 sq. ft. of meeting and
convention space.
Five Ballrooms, the largest,The Delta has over 55,000 Sq. Ft.
The gardens cover 9 acres. The Cascades were built in 1988, and have 3 waterfalls. 25 ft to
35 ft falls coming out of a 45 ft. tall mountain and into a 12,500 sq. ft. lake.
The Delta Area covers 4 1/2 acres, has a 1,000 rooms, and a 1/4 mile river runs through the
Delta Area.
The Old Hickory Steak House is the largest restaurant in Tennesse and is inside the Opryland
Hotel.
