Juan and Mary Delgadillo opened the Snow Cap in 1953.
The Drive-In was constructed out of scraps of lumber that
Juan collected while working for the Railroad. Juan was
famous for his off the wall antics. The Snow Cap is a Route
66 icon known for it's Red Chiliburgers, Tacos, Ice Cream,
and their great Shakes. Juan Delgadillo passed away at the
age of 88 in June of 2004. Juan's sons John and Robert
now run the Snow Cap.
